Fascia and cladding cleaning protects both the appearance and the integrity of your building — dirty, streaked fascia dates a premises fast. Our specialist teams use a mix of Reach & Wash and pressure-washing equipment, working overnight to avoid disruption, and are experienced in gutter and fascia cleaning that leaves fascia boards undamaged. Trained in cherry pickers and pressure washers, they reach the awkward, difficult-access areas so the whole building is cleaned, not just the easy parts.

High Level Industrial Cleaning

High-level cleaning is a specialist job that should only ever be done by a trained contractor. We work across all sectors — from industrial fabricators and food manufacturers to retail and leisure — cleaning the high areas most contractors can't safely reach. A contract manager completes a thorough risk assessment before any work begins, and our IPAF- and PASMA-trained operatives work to industry best practice using scissor lifts and self-propelled booms. The same teams also handle guttering and roof cleaning, at whatever frequency your site needs.

Pigeon Guano Removal

A health hazard, removed safely and properly.

Bird droppings are more than unsightly — guano hosts insects, parasites and disease, and its corrosive nature can cause costly damage to building fabric if left untreated. It should never be removed dry: airborne particles can cause serious respiratory problems, so our operatives clear all bird fouling wearing full PPE, with waste disposed of in line with environmental legislation. We clean guano from high-level areas, guttering, façades and fascia, and can put preventative bird-proofing in place to stop the problem returning and reduce your maintenance costs.
